Those things that you mentioned above that you are not eating... Make sure that you are not replacing them by eating more of something else. Unless you're eating veggies or fruit. Try going all out vegan for 6 weeks. No Dairy, no candy, no caffiene no sugar, just fruits and vegetables, you would be amazed at the amount of weight you could lose, and you will feel great even if you dont lose a lot of weight. Drink a little bit more water, and try excericising every day, 30 minutes or so every day, should help. But don't go eat after you excercise, eat a light snack, an apple or a couple strawberries before and then eat at the next meal. But still, not too much.

There could be a few reasons for this:

1) Your workouts aren't intense enough. I am not sure what the cosmo work out plan is, but they could be yielding minimal results.

2) You are recording your diet, right? What's your calorie totals / expenditures for the day look like? If you aren't, use http://www.fitday.com (it's free) and make your log public, so I can look at it.

3) You gained muscle and lost fat. Did you get a body fat assessment? It could be you are losing flab and putting on muscle, hence no weight change. This would be a good thing.

4) By not eating enough, you've stifled your metabolism and your body is in starvation mode -- hence hanging on to the weight. Shoot for 500 less calories per day than you burn... once again, fitday will help you.

For me to say exactly what you are doing wrong, I'd have to take a look at your activities / food intake. If you set up a journal on fitday, send the link to me and I can take a looksy.

Good luck.

Homeopathic Treatment :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

What you are doing is about right. You should continue to avoid junk fun and eat less carbs. Cardio is a big factor in losing weight, but you need to alternate with weight lifting. I used to have a trainer and he told me that I need to alternate between cardio and weights and you'll lose fat faster. But remember muscle weighs more than fat. So your scale might stay the same or even higher, but you are losing weigh and gaining muscle.

You don`t get enough nutrition/protein, from eating only veggies, so your body protects itself...that means that you store the fat, you don`t lose it. I recommend you try ShapeWorks. I have lost 6 lbs and 7.25 inches in my first week.
Go to www.beaturlbs.com for more info.
You cannot find these in stores.
Email me if you have any questions.
