You are not responsible for how people take your opinion. That's why it is your opinion. If they are offended, it is their problem and they need to get over it. Life offers many different roads and problems, it is up to them to chose the ones they like and ignore the rest. I don't concur with the bible either and, with the exception of the 10 Commandments, since it was all perceived and written by man. Unlike you, I have not read it all and never well since I have no regard for it's facts. That would be my opinion and no one Else's. If I offend some bible thumper, too bad. That is how I feel and always will. See how easy that was??? Good question!!

The Bible seems like a "gay erotic novel" to you, only because you're attaching a sexual meaning to things that clearly do not have sexual meanings.

It's not a good idea to look at the Bible -- or anything else -- through the prism of today's oversexed culture.

You need to learn to read the Word with a mindset geared towards spiritual enlightenment and hopefully making Heaven your eternal home instead of making these mysogenistic remarks about God and the disciples here. You offend people with your lackadaisical attitude and brazen expression. I do sincerely pray that God will get hold of your life like you've never known before and that he will guide you to a teacher who will shed some light on the sanctity of the Word for you so that you may grow up spiritually speaking.

A classic example that it is easier to offend than to love and understand.

If a heart is purer than another it will expose the differentials between them, this is how they stumbled in the presence of christ.

This is why they turned the heart of Jesus into a market stall and Babylon having sex in the heavens; they were offended by the differentials and thought that Jesus was wrong-doing because he did not big them up, this is also the reason they committed sins without knowing it was sin.

Forgive purer hearts so you too can have a purer heart.

If you have read it from front to back like you say, then you would know how stupid you sound asking those ridiculous questions. Blasphemy is a horrible cruel thing and you are right on the top of the list. I would be ashamed to even say such things even if I was not a Christian. You just don't joke that way about some things.

I am more offended that you only choose Gucci and Prada as the ideals of Gay-ness! What about a great Armani knotted at the waist or backless Chaps. I mean come on a Mary needs backless chaps! Open your mind!

If you have read the Bible like you say you have then you would know that there were two special Marys in Jesus' life. His mother Mary and a faithful friend and follower Mary. Jesus was perfect. He did not sin.

Really, how is it like a gay erotic novel? I always thought it was a hypocritical book that never agreed with itself. And so very violent.

I think it's a bit silly saying that stuff. Mary is an old name and I know plenty of people called that. Granted they're mostly old people, but still....I think it was a valid question in the first place.
