we have been friends for our entire lives I new she had a sister but I never met her untill two years ago and at that time I was thinking about asking my friend out but then I started liking her sister and i know she likes me should i go out with her

There is nothing wrong in going with the sister.After all it is all emotions.If she likes u 2 then it is fine.U could also tell the sis indirectly that u've been gr8 friends with her sis.See her reaction and then proseed.

well it depends how you and your friend are.. if shes not jelous when other girls are around you ,shes not suppossed to be angree or nothing when you ask her permission to date her sis...
