Here are a couple sites with similar problems and possible fixes. It is a problem that covers many different things so hard to pinpoint it without much information.

WHATEVER YOU DO----DO NOT FOLLOW ANY INSTRUCTIONS FROM A SOURCE YOU CAN'T IDENTIFY!!!
Sounds like you have spyware or a trojan on your system. Go to-
downloads.com and get "Ad-Aware SE" and "Spybot Search and Destroy". These are free programs and easy to run. Once installed, run full system scans and follow the step by step prompts. You can also go to Microsoft's website and get an anti spyware program. You can have more than one anti-spyware program on your computer with no problem.
If you do not have an anti-virus program get one of those as well. You can find free ones that are pretty good on downloads.com. You should only use ONE anti-virus program on your computer though. Norton and McAfee are the two biggest and best of anti-virus programs but they are not free.
One more resource that is fantastic is Komando.com. Kim Komando has a weekly radio show but her website has everything you'd want to know about the computer.
Good luck, hope this helped.

without knowing exactly what is being said across your screen it sounds like your virus protector has located a bug in your pc.and by closing your windows and restarting the computer is its way of fighting it ! or that you don't have a virus protector and something that you have down loaded is in your pc screwing up your files, is your pc running slow ? do you have added features on your task bar that you dint install yourself there? if you have any changes on your pc that you or somebody you know didn't make then your pc is infected with viruses/worms etc. get a good virus remover, protector.soon before your pc crashes.

"debugger detected' ???
I have had many errors before but never that wording.
Is your antivirus up to date?
Is your firewall up to date?
Is your anti spyware up to date?
Have you patched your PC lately from Microsoft Update? <--- most likely you haven't
Sounds more like a malware error.
You reboot and all you get is more headaches.

if it's pop-up, then it's most likely to be some virus or spam. Close the pop-up.
