Thighs are good-tasting dark meat and are the easiest to cook evenly and thoroughly on a grill........easy to baste and marinate, too.
And there's nothin' like a big heaping plate of PERFECTLY spiced chicken wings...... is there ???!!!
With fresh celery, carrots ......... and BOTH ranch and bleu cheese dip on the side !!!!!
LOTS of napkins with that !!
