Ok i dont workout every day but when i do work out i get a flat stomach for like 2 days and then it turns into flab. I need a quick workout. it doesnt have to be extreamly easy im a tuff girl but i really need it to work! Im going to Florida in a week and i would rather not look like a saggy grape. Thanx

I just read in a fitness magazine that crunches on a exercise ball works so many more ab muscles than doing them on the floor. You can bet a exercise ball at Walmart for $10.

It sounds like you're getting pretty good results from your workouts. Keep that up! Your "flab" could be a result of what you are eating/drinking. Carbonation & Caffeine can make you feel and look fatter than you actually are. Try laying off the soda for a bit and drinking water in its place. Good luck!

A week is too short. You have to maintain a routine in order to stay in shape. You must also drink 8-10 glasses of water daily and keep your heart rate up will exercising 50 mintes daily four days per week. Reduce you sugar to almost none and do the same with fats.

If you're leaving in a week make sure you cut all carbs and other bad things so you will be looking nice and tone for FL. Drink lots of water too.

stay away from salt , rice and chicken ,and complex sugars
going jogging for like 10 min.
do 200 crunches everymorning
