I think I have a serious problem..I enjoy talking dirty online, and and i cant stop, even when at work I am so addicted my work ethics start slowing down, and I am having a problem focusing on work, cause i constantly think about sex..is this a problem

This is a problem when in involves your work. If you do it on your own time it would be a different story. But first you have taken a BIG step and admitted you have a problem now you need to seek help with a friend our even a counselor and find out how u can deal with this and wing your self off a little and get it under control. You are not alone in this...there are a million people with the same problem..Just learn how to handle your addiction..GOOD LUCK

you need time off the computer
go to church go to the movie
do something in the park like walking
do some exercise at you local ymca
or join an gym read some book
start dating I know that take you mind of the computer

its definatley a problem hun! if you're married it's even worse. maybe you need to cut your ties with the computer somehow, so you don't give in to temptation. if you need it for work then delete every possible option in the computer and only use it for business. its a common problem, you aren't alone, but you could lose your job, family (if you have one), over this. think about it, is it worth losing everything??try to gain some self-control, and force yourself to do something about it, even if you have the tinyiest inkling that you want to continue talking dirty.

Probably. You need to get yourself a girlfriend, or some lotion, and keep the talking dirty out of work and bring it face to face with someone special, not over a computer where it's way too accessible and secretive.

yes it's a problem! Get away from your computer, whenever you get the urge to go online, just walk away from it, and if your job allows it just turn off the computer , remember soon you may lose your job and you don't want that, if that doesn't work get professional help, because soon it will also start affecting your personal life

ummm, u could be addicted to porn, or something of the sort, like talking dirty. seek help from a therapist because that is a serious problem, i saw a special on it on tv.

the problem is u not getting sex on a day to day basic if u get u some regular u will not thank about it that much and it would not affect your life u need somebody to make u bust a couple time in a row

it is true guys think about it alot but when your at work you need to focus on the job...no one wants to see you jerking off in your cubicle. go to a counsler or something.
