Tinkyada brand is really good. I have found it in most Kroger stores and health food stores. It comes in a wide variety from children's shapes to lasagne. It is a brown rice pasta and has good consistencey with being mushy.

I understand that Dr. Schar brand is also very good, but VERY expensive and hard to find.

Tinkyada and DeBoles. The rest usually go from crunchy to mush in about .0004 seconds flat if you know what I mean. Id stick to these brands=]

Have you tried the rice noodles found in the oriental food section? They taste great, and not too expensive.
