Well if your grants, scholarships, and federal loans that your school offers you isn't enough, and you don't have the money yourself, you will have to buckle down and take out a private loan. I'm not sure why you say they are not an option. I never wanted to take out loans either, until I realized that unless you're given a full ride, its almost inevitable. If its your credit history you're worried about, there are plenty of places that you can take out loans with a co-signer. You can get loans, depending on you and your co-signers credit, about as low 8.5% right now. One of my personal favorite banks is citibank. They have a student loan program called citiassist, you can fill out their online application at www.citiassist.com. I hope this helps you. Unfortunately, most of us, unless rich, have to take out loans to pay for college. Good luck in school!

Try looking on websites like scholarships.com, or search for other sites on google. They allow you to create a profile and match scholarships to you, although it does produce a lot of results. Also, try joining a professional organization pertaining to you degree program; they usually give out scholarships. If you need to money fast, the best way may be to try for pell grant or loan from your school that delays all interest until you graduate.

federal stafford loans. can get from the school and they just give em away. no interest while in school and it's just on more on the pile once you're outy of school.
other scholarships and grants, maybe not always easy to get and take time. Otherwise your school probably offers a monthly payment plan, you can work nights and pay as you go.

Don't just limit your funding to your school. Think bigger, state programs, and federal programs. They can help with the tuition. but room and board are different. I worked as an RA (Resident Adviser) in my dorm and received free room and board.
*I used www.phea.net but I went to school in PA, I'm sure that Indiana has a similar program
_Good Luck

You should try and exhaust all your options with regards to scholarships. Scholarship awards are essentially free money. Some good sites are:
