That depends, are you a 12 year old boy scout? or are you a guy 20 year old? Why did you not know about it in the first place? Were you drinking or dunged? Did you like it? Are you strait?
If you are a 12 year old boy scout than I would say yes tell your parents. If you are a guy 20 tear old and it was not consenting than I would say tell someone so it wont happen to someone else. If you are a strait man I would make sure to keep this person from doing this to someone in the future and don't do drugs or drink with people you don't know, or cant trust.
