Well i think you maybe aren't ready to have sex again so the last time maybe was a mistake and now you don't want to make that same mistake so don't if he really likes you then he will understand and if he does not then that will show you that he is only with you for the sex not that he cares about you.

no, it's not bad. It is YOUR body not his. You are not married, so you don't have to submit to him. If you don't want to do it, DON'T and don't let anyone tell you that you are mean or selfish. You should be selfish with your body. I would save myself if I were you. You would be happy you did when you get older.
