Smile and nod.
It will get you through the weekend, and your husband will greatly appreciate how well everyone "got along."

It will be a tough weekend, no doubt, but try to be the better person by being a courteous and gracious hostess. It's only one weekend to promote a lifetime of good relations for your husband's sake and your marriage (and your kids if you have any). It's good for the kids to get to know both sides of the family too.
Having said that, I will also say don't let them use you as a doormat or walk all over you or insult you in your own home or anything like that. You should stand up for yourself and don't feel the need to explain yourself or your family's ways or methods to anyone else.

Sometimes, sucking it up and just going along with the program is the best solution. Unfortunately, we don't get to pick the family we marry into, just as we don't get to pick the people in our own families. Marriage is hard enough without adding the dislike of inlaws and family in the mix. It's only for a weekend, so try to be pleasant and just get through it. Your hubby will be much happier too.

You can stand anything for two days. Just be polite and refuse to let them goad you into saying anything you might regret (or your husband might take offense to) later. You will find that the older you get the easier it is to handle in-laws. So grit your teeth, grin, and go with the flow, it will get better. Also, some people get off on making other people uncomfortable and angry. If they don't succeed, they will generally give up trying.

Lots of crown and coke!
for a serious answer.....You cant change his family. You married him not his family, but this is your home. They should be cordial, as well as you. Keep their departure date in mind and work toward that. It is your duty as a homemaker, wife, daughter-in-law and host to provide them with the best experience possible.
Or have loud $ex every night, maybe that will scare them off!

Keep telling yourself that it's only 2 days and remind yourself how much you love your husband and that you're doing this for him and that he'd better be willing to repay the favor!
