I have recived half scholarship from the school, $10,500. Trust me, there is nothing i can get from the government. My only choices are individual generous people, who are willing to help.

the school itself - you can apply for a scholarship. ask about it in the admission office or something like it. and you can also work some odd jobs to help. good luck!

Ask the College for help or apply to a college that gives financial aid at about that amount. After all, there are about 3000 colleges and universities in the U.S. But i think as a general requirement you should have great SAT scores or an equally dazzling secondary sch. transcript. Good Luck!
