It's what psychologists would describe as an unhealthy coping mechanism, but then again, I don't think psychologists have a good handle on healthy coping mechanisms. They don't even have a model of a healthy psyche.
The only thing jim_darwinists fear, is fear itself (phobi-phobia)

I do have a phobia that I share with everyone on the planet. It's call deathphobia.
The thing is I don't share their form of treatment for this phobia.

That guy Mark with the Confederate flag superimposed on the American flag is kinda scary… Oh and if you ever decided to never ask another question on YA, that would be pretty scary…Ooohhh and the fact that when I read a lot of the answers to your questions that these people actually do exist. *shudder* I am thinking that’s about it!

Fear that some uneducated religious fanatic will shake my hand as he presses the ignition to his C4+nails waistband. The whole time he praises his god and thinks that this is a normal thing to do.
