If you really have a mother than why do you still get heart-broken? Why did she let you fall off your bicycle when you were younger?Would you lock your own child up if you knew it would keep her from getting hurt? Its free will....God loves all his people but he created us with the free will to make all of our own decisions, sometimes the decisions we make hurt the good people around us. Those good people that are hurt as well as the ones that hurt them will be judges accordingly.

u know what dude, the funny thing is, is that when things r goin good in the world, people dont say anything, if its all good why should we thank god, but the second things go bad everyone is like , why did god let that happen, god didnt let it happen, he wanted to stop it but wasnt allowed to cause people turn their back on god all the time when things are good. and remember the devil aka satan lucifer (dick) did and does all the terrible things in the world. i mean what do u want, god to come down to earth in thunder and lighting and rescue everyone thats about to die cause there is war goin on in their country. no thats not the way its supposed to be, that wouldnt work, people have a thing called free will, we not robots, u get me.we have a choice.and if u choose to follow jesus christ and ask him to forgive u for all ur sins then u have a way better chance at living a pain free peacfull life, and the cool thing is , is that we arent afraid to die cause dying is just a way of getting closer to him(god). respect

Sin and Satan is to be blamed, that is why God is preparing for us a home in heaven and will return to rid the universe of sin, sinners and Satan.

All humanity is now involved in a great controversy between Christ and Satan regarding the character of God, His law, and His sovereignty over the universe. This conflict originated in heaven when a created being, endowed with freedom of choice, in self-exaltation became Satan, God's adversary, and led into rebellion a portion of the angels. He introduced the spirit of rebellion into this world when he led Adam and Eve into sin. This human sin resulted in the distortion of the image of God in humanity, the disordering of the created world, and its eventual devastation at the time of the worldwide flood. Observed by the whole creation, this world became the arena of the universal conflict, out of which the God of love will ultimately be vindicated. To assist His people in this controversy, Christ sends the Holy Spirit and the loyal angels to guide, protect, and sustain them in the way of salvation. (Rev. 12:4-9; Isa. 14:12-14; Eze. 28:12-18; Gen. 3; Rom. 1:19-32; 5:12-21; 8:19-22; Gen. 6-8; 2 Peter 3:6; 1 Cor. 4:9; Heb. 1:14.)

No, there is no God as an independent entity.

The idea of God is an invention of organised religions, in order to put an untouchable and invisible superior force above people. This invented God can be blamed for anything bad, and priests can scare people with "God's anger".
Organised religions have only two purposes: To control people, their lives and minds, and to extract money from the people.

The philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche put it that way: "God created man, and then man returned the compliment."

Without a doubt, there is a God and it's not about God letting these things happen. We brought it upon ourselves. Our society has tried to push God out of everything...prayer has been taken out of schools, separation of Church and State, etc. I could go on but I won't. So since we act like we don't need him, how can we get mad at Him when tragedies happen??? He wants to protect us...but we have rejected him. Too many people want what they want, when they want it and are not willing to pay the price for it. If you want God's protection acknowledge Him, obey Him, trust Him, believe in Him, love Him... The choice is yours!

Terrorist attacks are not of God, but of the devil. It is the devil that comes to kill, steal and destroy. Why must innocent people die... I don't know. the Bible says:
Matthew 5:45: That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

Because people have freewill - they have chosen to ignore God and live their lives without his blessings.

Everyone has to die sometime. The arrogant and ignorant will die a horrible death. The believer knows that God promises a better life after death.

The arrogant criminal constantly disregards the law and commits crimes and ends up in jail only to continue committing crimes as soon as he is out and sometimes even whilst he is still in jail.

An intelligent person although he may commit a crime in ignorance goes to jail and takes the opportunity to learn something worthwhile and as soon as he is out jail he starts afresh.

Isn't it obvious that there is good & bad ? Sometimes people try to disguise it. I wonder as a male with out an ego, why God or the creator is often described as male ! All men come from women. The creator is many genders & many things beyond our comprehension !!

Yes, sweetie, there IS a God. And He has given people free choice. You're actually blaming Him for doing THAT. What you're seeing as suffering and terror attacks is man making choices. The blame is on mankind, not God. Children don't have these kinds of choices, only adults. And you see how bad we can be...so sad.

Yes there is a God.

What is happening today is no more or less bad than has happened in all of recorded history. We simply have more access to it than anyone ever has before.

The answer as to why God allows it is because he is patient with the ungodly and seeks to see them recocile with Him, and gives them every chance to do so. If God punished sin on the first pass, the first offense, no one would be left standing.

People die because of the actions of others, God will not interfere until such time that the world will be brought to judgment. We do not have any guarantee on life span or when or where we die, only that if we accept Jesus Christ as our personal savior we might spend eternity with him.
