Once you go to sleep you'll be turning over quite a few times anyway. Eating well and exercising well helps you to lose weight. If you need to, your body will. Good luck.

Nope. good try though....Exercises and eating right will help you lose weight. Don't go for the quick fixes. Being healthy is a lifestyle change.
