I have heard that a US Appeals Court has overturned the US ban on products containing Ephedra. Does anybody know if that changes the ban on it here in Canada? Can it be purchased on a US Web site, then shipped here without being confiscated by Canadian Customs?

you might be interested in Herbalean. It's from the original makers of MetaboLife, and does contain Ma Huang ephedra and Hoodia for appetite suppression. It's also in an extended release formula so you won't get the jitters that you'd normally get from the older ephedra supplements.

Ephedra is a controlled substance since 2002 in Canada. Even counter medicine had their Ephedra replaced mostly by pseudo-ephedra. A controlled substance can get you in big troubles, as much as buying a hardcore drug on the street.

i dont know if the original dosages will ever be legal again but most stores should still carry 8 mg pills, in reference so an e.c.a stack you just used 2 or 3 pills.
