maybe thats cuz youve already fufilled your dreams or the new man your with is all you need and you dont need your old dreams and desires anymore. Or maybe you are just getting bored with life, take a trip to another country for a few months, maybe even a year, or who knows move there permanatley and then maybe your dreams for life will come out again.

Go on a trip with your new man and explore new things and new adventures. Remember how Stella got her groove back? Do things you would never picture yourself doing to bring back that extra spark of life. I know how you feel. I'm starting to lose my flicker for life, too.

Find a goal. Be it getting physically fit, or travelling, or spiritual peace within yourself. Find something that you want, and go for it, and realize that it is the discipline of making yourself continue to work for that goal, even when it no longer seems interesting, that makes it so good when you achieve it. Of course then you find another goal. :)

i found the best solution is to read, look at art (ex. i love thomas kinkade drawings), and think about being surrounded by nature. i know i sound like a hippie right now, but really, it worked for me. i used to be afraid to go to sleep b/c i thought i wouldn't have anything to dream about.

Try volunteering with sick children. They are wonderful. I have been a pediatric nurse for 21 years and even on my worst day they make me smile
