Seems anything that causes so much bigotry, hatred, and death could only be the tool of the devil.

All religions were founded by men. The devil, just like god (of your choice) are inventions of men too. Sadly, we have no one to blame for the hatred and bigotry but ourselves. And we have no one make it better but ourselves either.

Religion, technically was creaqted by Man. Using various actions in nature to symbolize teh "Divine" word. As time and translations took over, "religious-ness" became bastardized and the evil energy we know exists was compiled into one construct: Satan.
This construct is continually used to scare people into believing things without question.
The bigotry and hatred are all human-made problems caused by ignorance, inability to accept new or differing ideas by some, and fear.

I almost agree with you. No where in the bible does it say that God created religion. I feel that Satan used what was supposed to be good and added his spin to it and we (religious society) have just followed it. I am a PK and I often tell my parents that if you look at the denomination you will see the word demon.

No, religion wasn't founded by satan, but satan has used the term "religion" to seperate and divide people.
If you believe in God and you have accepted Jesus as your saviour, then you have a relationship with him, NOT a religion.
There is a HUGE diffrence between "having religion" and having a personal relationship with Jesus.

If religion were founded by Satan, then he wouldn't be prisoner, would He? His own book documents how he cannot leave Hell. If he created everything, then how could he be kept against his will?

goodness already exist before evil things happened here on earth
if satan is the founder of religion - the good one - then he should have created men to be naturally evil... have you seen a baby who drinks alcohol instead of milk, or a baby who mocks god and course his parents? all things are generally made for a good purpose its up to the people how would they use them. god is good we are created in the image of god therefore we are good, god founded the religion and we are his church.

Not true, God created religion, the devil causes people to warp, twist and taint it. People forget that God gave them free will, the will to choose Him or not. The will to be kind or not, the will to hate or to not. Your parents created rules that you did not like, but when you got older you understood and appreciated them (or you will). God made it, people screwed it up.

Religions are invented by men who want to play God. And, they are supported by people who want God to love them. So, they do anything their chosen Gods ask them to do.
Satan does not exist.
