All depends.
If you walk up to me on the street and whip out your Boy Toy, yes I am a bit disturbed...
However, when my Love and I engage in sexual activities, it's most welcomed and a HEdoublehockeysticks of a turn on!
But the first time I ever saw a guy do it, it was extremely unwanted attention and really disgusted me. So really, it has to be taken in the right context!

I would say that most would look at it as for what it is and be understanding. You may be surprised that many would watch a man perform this but most would rather do so in a manner that the man was unaware she was watching a few would not care if you knew she was watching and even some would deny they even peek but would anyway because it is human nature to snoop. as for men, most prefer to do this in front of someone watching although we could care less if someone was snooping and watching and also rather watch the female masturbate in front of him knowing that your there. and I would think i would be safe to say 99% of men would peep watch any female even ones he was not attracted to through the peeping method.

yes girls do think that guys play with themselves.
this proves that they also play with themselves and are curious to know what do the opposite sex does?the fact is that girls are much inclined to all these playing stuffs other than guys.
