my friends keep on telling me i am, im 5'3 and 104. am i? and sould i be worried about it?

As long as you are eating healthy and getting the vital nutrients that you need there should be no need for concern. People are built different, you may have a smaller bone structure than other people your height, therefore you do not weight as much. As for medical guidelines you are underweight but it also depends on your growth pattern, ask your doctor if there is anything you should be concerned about, he will be able to show you a chart that show you our growth pattern and where you should be!

no, I don't think so. Besides, it is not about height and weight but more about how YOU feel about yourself. Do you feel healthy and good about your appearance? That is all that matters. Exercising will help build your body and your self-esteem. Even if you only do a little, it goes a long way. Don't listen to friends.

yes you are, there are charts online which can tell you how many calories you need to eat and whether or not you are healthy weight. You need to eat extra calories to gain weight. the lowest you should be for your height is 110. Get eating you lucky girl
