You should call your optometrist and describe your symptoms. They will be able to determine if you need to be seen immediately. Without us being able to see you it's impossible to correctly diagnose your problem but everything you described seems to indicate you may have gotten a corneal ulcer from contact lense overwear.
You should not put your contact lenses back in until you have seen your optometrist and if you use any drops, use systane or refresh tears. Do NOT use visine - this just masks the problem and can cause "rebound redness"!
And some patients are allowed to sleep in their contact lenses, but this does raise the risk of getting a corneal ulcer or infection.

Talk to your eye doctor. In the meantime, get some normal eyedrops for redness and use them. Do not put your contacts back in until the redness clears up, though.

Cassie is right. See your doctor about eyes, but don't use any drops in your eyes unless he says so. Plus its not a good idea to wear your contacts to bed. Don't wear your contact lenses too much, as your eyes can actually become allergic to them. That's what my optician told me.

they have eye drops that you can get for irritated eyes at your local pharmacy. Dont put the drops in your eyes when you have your contacts in UNLESS the package specifically says you can. but Visine makes a good eye drop. I would suggest that you dont sleep with them in again.
