Start with freinds and family, They can give you there opinon about it before going to the professinals.
Contact publishers, they will read and desicde on publishing the script, either for free or with a price.
People you know in the industry. Other writers, Actors, Directors, Producers, etc... They will read on a profesinal level and give the best advise and critizing.
Another option is the general public, post on-line, let the common man read and comment. If they find it, they are looking and generally want to help.
I would love to read your work, as a aminture writer myself, as well as want-a-be actor and director. I have a gereal intrest in scripts and creative works.

I write funny plays once in a while. I keep my comedy very clean, so even grandmothers can watch it without blushing. If that is what you are aiming for, I'd love to read what you write. The last play I wrote was a parody of 1940s detective movies.
