Mix equal part of raspberry jam & syrup in the microwave so as to kinda melt the jam. S yummy on pancakes or waffles

I love blueberry pancakes with butter and blueberry syrup. Strawberries and whipped cream are good, too. I can't forget sprinkling it with cinnamon and sugar either.

cultural diversity would make this different for all of us. from where i come from, people are adventurous when it comes to food. so i'd say the following are great variations to the plain pancakes with syrup:
1. chocolate marble: swirl chocolate syrup in pancake mix. panfry without oil on nonstick pan as usual. side toppings are: peanut butter, whipped cream, butter, light syrup. total yumm!
2. corn pancakes: drain canned whole kernel corns. add 1/4 cup per small batch of pancakes and panfry without oil on nonstick pan as usual. side toppings: butter, whipped ream, light syrup. a real perk up!
3. banana pancakes: slice up some sweet bananas. mix with pancake batter and panfry without oil on nonstick pan as usual. side toppings: butter, whipped ream, light syrup. exotic!
4. blueberry pancakes: swirl prepared blueberry into pancake batter and panfry without oil on nonstick pan as usual. side toppings: butter, whipped ream, light syrup. my all-time favorite. awesome!
