I had a strange experience lastnite. While I was just dropping off to sleep, suddenly felt like I was sinking or falling and there was a strange buzzing sound in my head. There was a horrible sense that if I dont come out of it something horrible was going to happen, I felt paralyzed. Then I came to. It came back a few times almost like hiccups. What was this all about? and has it happened to anyone else?

It's a very common experience to feel as though you are falling when you are just in that period between wakefullness and sleeping.Perhaps that frightened you and caused you to feel that something horrible was going to happen, or maybe it was like a nightmare only without being completely asleep. Nightmares are telling us something, just like any dream is. Try to deal with any fears or worries that may be outstanding. Sounds a bit as though something uncomforable was surfacing to be dealt with. A counsellor could help, but don't get too worried, things faced are never as bad as you think.. (Also meditation can help, but it's not quick, you have to learn it first. Once you can do it, you find things drifting up to the surface to be examined and then they seem to be gone) Don't panic. You're normal!

We all have that falling experience and the ability to be able to do nothing about it. I have heard, or the myth goes, that if you hit bottom in your dream you are dead.
If you are really worried about this, and the paralysis was bad, you should perhaps bring up this issue to your family doctor.
Might have been just a little stressed out, or could have been something a little more serious.

i do not imagine this is excellent for a guy to hit a woman. I also do not imagine this is excellent for a lady to hit a guy. Spousal abuse can flow both techniques, and is inexcusable no count what. If both sex is being hit, they favor to go away and flow to a probability-free position. The abuser then has the alternative of staying away for solid, or going to anger administration remedy to get help. i does no longer put up with being hit by anybody.
