Sure - you can call & just ask what's up & how's he doing - just say you hadn't heard from him in a couple of days & wondered if he was okay. Dont' say I was just checking up on ya or use an accusatory tone of voice - no sense putting him on the defensive. But yes, you deserve to know what's going on with him.

no i would wait for him to call and then when he does don't even act like you care that he hasn't called you in 4 days.

don't call you are going to seem needy. Go do all the things you have been putting off and hopefully when your finished he will call.
