who is kind of shy, says sth like 'I miss you' or calls you 'baby' and then gets shy, does this mean he means it? I mean sometimes he says stuff like that but w/o being shy. So, does the shyness mean he means it and thats why he's shy?

Being shy does not mean you do not care some people are shy because of low self esteem or other reasons. My husband and son are shy it is part of their personality and why I love them so. Now is the time for you to figure out can you live with a shy person they say opposites attract goo luck

Considering that he is a shy person, you should feel very special that he is able to say those things to you. The shyness will wear off over time, as you grow closer to one another. I think that he means it, or he wouldn't say it. He is really putting himself out there, telling you what he truly wants to say, but he probably gets embarassed because he isn't used to talking to anyone that way.

No no, it makes sense.
Usually form my experience, when people are shy saying stuff it's because it comes from the heart and they are surprised themselves of how real the feeling is.
I could be wrong.

Yeah, he's shy because of two things, he means it and he's afraid of you not having that same feeling for him. If you want him to open up, just grab him, hug him, and kiss him if you want and tell him that you love how he expresses himself. Give that loud feeling and he will respond equally if he means it. But do allow patientce, emotions can get crazy, Good Luck

I think that he is shy. and that he is not quite use to call someone else 'baby' etc.
He will get over it, during his own time, when he feels more comfortable.
or when he grew up, in his house his parents didn't use to call each other 'puppy' names. and it is maybe just a new thing for him. at least he is trying from his side... please, don't worry about this!

It doesn't make any sense. He could be different from your past relationships and you dont know how to adopt to this new person with a different personailty. He just a shy person ,dont run embrace.

i guess he still didn't have a real confidence that you are his lady but he realizes you are beautiful and words don't describe you instead maybe shyness when he gets close to you he is shy cause he realizes your are the everything most beautiful thing in the world to him and gets lost in the thought of thinking you are beautiful and he thanks God for that .

It means he is shy or unsure of how you feel. Do you show him that you like it when he talks to you like that with smiles or little kisses or a squeeze of his hand? Do you have pet names for him? Show him your love!
