i mean the worst thing that can happen is them saying no. I mean when it comes down 2 it ther just scaried y. I would respect a guy more 4 askin me out than 2 sit there and act like he likes me but never ask. I thought guys liked mysterious gurls + 2 chase them a little. How many dates does a guy loose cause he don't ask?

it can be VERY intimidating for a guy just to walk up to a beautiful girl and ask her out on a date, as simple as that may seem in a women's perspective, it is not easy, most men act totally different when they're nervous, and trust me we DO, so they use cheesy pick up lines or start stuttering when that time comes

The thing is, nobody likes rejection. Some people won't even try if they feel like they are going to get shot down. I say flirt with the guy more. that will ease his mind and let him know that he has a great chance of you saying yes if he asks you out.

when i was a young man i would pick the prettiest girl at a party because they were usually lonely. the other guys were afraid of rejection. i made out pretty well for an average looking guy.

some guys are more shy than others. some guys loose more dates than others but it depends on how much he like u because if didn't ask u yet than theres nothing

Because most guys have a fear of rejection. So they rather not try then feel hurt. But you do got guys with confidence (balls) who will try.
