when you go to the supermarket in Australia...the eggs are NOT refridgerated.

In Australia, do we not only keep the eggs in a fridge, but we even put the chooks in the fridge as well. HA HA HA HA HA

Don't know about countries, but I do, in Scotland - they keep fresher longer.

I would recommend everyone do so, reduce the risk of salmonella.

Everybody should keep eggs refrigerated. They spoil much more quickly if not.
