My last 2 relationships ended when my boyfriends left me when I told them I had genital herpes. Am I condemmed to remain single for the rest of my life? I do long for someone to luv and accept me. Can someone tell me wat shld I do?

Just keep doing what you are doing; tell them the truth before any sexual experience. And sooner or later that one person will come and will understand and not be scared off. The ones that probably get scared off are also the ones that are in it for sex and not a serious relationship. Now are you telling them before or after sexual encounter? If you do it before good for you but if you tell them afterward bad for you (that's lying and deceitful).

There are websites for herpes support groups, there are even links to personals. Maybe finding a guy with the same problem is having the same problem somewhere out there. Also Planned Parenthood usually has support groups for that sort of thing, that could be a good place to start as well. I've listed a support group and a dating with herpes website.

u have a very negative way of looking at ur life...every morning get up look in the mirror eye to eye no blinking no movement. stay there for like half hour begin slowly then increasde time...FIrsts there will be whole lot of negative noise then things will start getting calmer..the intial part is crucial as u would like to run away. stay there keep loooking...eyes will start feeling warm...dont be afraid..just carry on...then u will start giving energy to the mirror and the mirror shall reflect.... recieve....

I am absolutely terrified and I feel so alone. I just found out last week that I tested positive for hsv1 and 2. I have been with the same man for the past 10 years and within the last year found out that he has cheated on me with numerous women. Keep your head up and keep being honest. Condoms are a must these days for all kinds of reasons and there are alot of people with genital herpes and they have medicines out there to control outbreaks. When people are in love it doesnt matter, and you will find love I promise.

Are you on medication? Can you blame them for not wanting to be involved with someone with an STD? I sure can't. I wouldn't want to take that chance. Someday you might find someone that doesn't mind or has it themselves that you can't infect. But until then you need to keep being open about it with the men you date because it wouldn't be fair to hide it. I'm not saying it's a first date topic but you should talk about it before getting intimate.

No. First you must have confidence in yourself. Definitely there are guys that dun mind that you have herpes. I believe you are not going to be single for the rest of your life.
Maybe the right guy have not appeared yet. You should just live normally and do what you like to do (not breaking the law) is my advice to you.
