Yes, cocaine is highly acidic, and a common practice of users when they are cleaning out the baggies is to rub their gums with the remaining powder. (waste not, want not) This will over time lead to the gums to start receding and loosening of the teeth. Chances are they are too far gone by this point and may need to be removed due to decay. She will probably need full plate dentures.
This is what drugs do to the body, it can seem like fun at first but it turns into stuff like this in the end.

Drugs do have a bad effect on teeth. Especially methamphetamjne (crystal), and crank. I've never really done cocaine to any extent but I'm sure it has it's effect too. Could it be that he hit her, why else would she want him to pay? I've seen a lot of women with no teeth or rotting teeth due to drugs. One was a young redhead, real pretty, but when she smiled half of her teeth were gone. She was a heroine addict. Another little girl smiled, but when she did all she had were black nubs for teeth. She was a meth addict. Luckily, I kept all of mine. I'm a recovering meth addict. Never again will I do drugs. They are bad for a persons health and happiness. You think that you use and abuse them when it is them using and abusing you.

I think if she's using cocaine and having knock down fights with her boyfriend, she's got a lot more to worry about than her teeth. She needs to get help to fix her life.
