If you want to hear it, I'd suggest trying to meditate and ask your inner self specific questions.
If you don't want to hear it... rejoice.
Some people have very negative inner voices, so it might be a good thing.
Many times our inner voice is a conglomeration of negative things we heard about ourselves and is better left unheard.

Maybe thats a good thing. Usually you only hear your inner voice when you have to make a descision and it is trying to guide you. Maybe it means you have inner peace at the moment.

Perhaps you might try slowing down just long enough for the voice to be heard over the din of everyday life. Always trust your instincts.

Simple: Don't worry about it.

It will return eventually.

It activates only when you need it.

Don't meditate, you might make it worse.

Just relax, it will come when it needs to.
