If you think the unemployed & disabled have it easy, you're insane. Do you know how many Americans are looking for work? Most people like to earn their living the honest way. You're a sick individual and I hope when and if you or a loved one becomes disabled you'll let us all know how easy it is. I've worked with diabled people. They'd give anything to have a normal healthy life. You are one of the most ignorant people I have heard from on this web site. Shame on you. Go do community service with poor and downtrodden (oops big word there, you may have to look it up in a dictionary, you know that big book with all the spelling of words in it). maybe it'll change your view. Hope you're not an ignorant pig all your life.

OK....here is the step by step way to get on the "welfare train" as you call it:
1. Get fired from your job. This will set into motion a chain of events with the end result being your losing your place to live.
2. After moving from car ( if you still have one) to homeless shelter you will finally apply to "ride" the "welfare train."
3. You will get housing in a neighborhood that makes Iraq look like a spa.
4. You will live on little to nothing and not be able to afford any of the bare luxuries of life.
WOW, that welfare train sounds great huh dumb ***!!!???
Oh and by the way, disabled persons are people who worked hard all their working lives, got injured and want to work but cannot physically do so.
Happy riding the "Welfare train," it a laugh a minute!!!

Yes, the unemployed have it easy, because they're living off next to nothing....
And the disabled, depending on the severity of their disability, have an awesome life as well....
Um, think again.

Your question is a sad indication of the degree of laziness of people in our country. Whether you are being serious or joking, the question was in poor taste either way. It is extremely disrepectful to those who are going through legitimately difficult circumstances. It is also disrespectful to the tax payers in our country who are working hard so people like you can "free load". Our country is in serious debt and you think it's a joke to go on welfare just so you don't have to work. That option should be saved for people who have true financial difficulty. It is because attitudes like yours exist that many other people have become jaded about government aid, because they fear it is just being wasted.

Wow, I didn't know Oprah didn't know how to spell her own name...!
Get a life. It would be awesome if you were disabled so you could see it was NOT an easy life. You're just ill mannered and ill educated.
