My brother lives in a great neighborhood and there isn't a fence in site. Depends on where you live. I live in a city and a fence is necessary to keep other peoples dogs and children out of your yard.

i think you should love your neighbor but if that fails hell yeah they make the best neighbor....lol but understand that you should make sure it is on your property or they can remove it and charge you for the destructon. so that may be more work than you thought including the fact you may need a surveyer
