well carrots contain a lot of fiber so how would that constipate you?
MMMMMMMMM, I don't think eating carrots is going to give you the results your thinking of. They are a healthy snack but if you eat carrots every day for a year I don't think you'd see much change.

No. Carrots, along with other veggies high in Vitamin A help maintain good eye health but nothing you eat will improve vision.

Eating carrots because of the beta-carotene can help to keep the eyes healthy.(optic nerve, etc.) Eyesight, unfortunately, whether it is good or bad, is determined by genetics/heredity......
