Hearing voices is only one of many symptoms of Schizophrenia, and a Deaf person would not be able to hear them even if they were inside his head. I asked a Deaf friend of mine if he ever heard ringing in his ears, because I have that and it is not a real sound, it is in your head, and he said no.

Not all schizophreniz people hear voices. http://www.schizophrenia.com/diag.php#common

Maybe, it's the only time they can hear, or if ya think about it, when we that aren't schizophrenic think about things, we hear it going over in our minds. It's pretty much the same for someone hearing voices. We all hear voices actually.Besides, schizophrenics don't just hear voices, they see things too. It's a whole real world goin on in there for them.

They wouldn't listen the voices, they would have other kind of hallucinations, like watching people that are not there (signing to them maybe)
