If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.
Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

I suffered from acne for years, and used all the products you could buy, clearasil, oxy, even meds from the doctor.
Nothing worked as well as just using soap and water. If I feel a spot coming up I put tea tree oil on it, and dont pick it.
At certain times of the month my skin is more greasy, so I wash my face 3-4 times a day, just with mild soap and water. Then use a moisturiser that doesnt clog pores.

There is no real cure but i do know a cure that works. A new babys nappy, prefferably a terry towelling one with their urine in it acrooss the affected areas will do the trick. Ita a bit of an old wifes tale, and how many old people do you know that had acne!!!

there is not really a real cure. a friend of mine went to the docs and got some tablets he had to take for 1 year, they really worked but they had major side affects (sickness headaches etc) I cant remember the name but I think they begin with the letter "R" (sorry not much help really lol)
A good balanced diet with lots of fruit and veg helps, plenty of water, also you could try Chinese medicine, I had mild acne as a teenager and tried loads of stuff, the herbs were good you notice the difference but they are not that cheap. you could try a local Chinese medical practice.
Good luck and they will get better with time!

Acne is caused by many things, so there's no real cure, just treatments.
Talk to your doctor about possible treatments :)

Live natural yoghurt. slap it all over like a face mask at bed time. sleep with it on, for about a week. I bet it starts to clear up
costs about 25-30p at a health food store.
It must be LIVE, NATURAL & YOGHURT.. It should last for a few applications. Keep it in the fridge..
