Are you doing diet as well as exercise?

Check out www.hufa.org, in the library link to see some books that have good diets for reducing weight through reducing blood sugar.

Hello, dude101.

You must be such a sweet cool boy asking your question and caring about your health. I got good ideas for you as follows:

1. First of all, eat well and sleep well in your daily life.

2. Work out and do an exercise as a club activity in a daytime and at least 30 minutes -1 hour before going to bed everyday. You can do an exercise and stretching for your legs, your arms, and your body on the floor.

3. Listen to music and get relaxed to think about your life to make it better and a little bit more interesting.

It's now or never.
I'm sure you can do it.

Good luck to you!

I promise you - keep doing the exercise you're doing and stop eating white flour and sugar. Your cravings will stop (after a week or so) and you will lose weight around your middle quickly. Remember that 85% or your results are going to be diet, and only 15% are exercise. Good luck! (I lost 70 pounds this way, and kept it off for 3 years.)

There are no miracle cures, no witches brews. You have to work for it, over a long period of time. You need patience and commitment, discipline and perseverance. If you don't have those things, then just get used to the obliques you have. You know what exercises you're supposed to do. Just do them, and slowly, over time you will see improvement. Give it a year or two, then you can post your question again.

Homeopathic Treatment :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

If you have flab on your obliques then you have flab elsewhere too. Eat better and excercise (talk to your gym or doctor about oblique excercises) and good luck :)
