Single Ladies - 18 to 40 only please (quite sincere here) - take 2?

Question

Ok... I'll try this again hopefully without violating "community standards".

To the single young ladies out there between the ages of 18 and 40 years old... how old is the oldest guy you'd ever even consider dating? Along with your answer... please indicate your age too.

I'm quite serious about this as I am considering re-entering the dating world after 25 years... I'll be 52 this week and in all honesty am looking for a younger woman... I just want to know - just "how young" should I be looking without appearing as some "old perv"

18 is a good start - and legal. If you're considering going below that then yes, you're a perv and should be locked up. Superficially, it depends on how you look - are you in good physical health with an attractive body? Are you well-spoken, well-educated, financially stable? All of these are attractive to women. Go for it!

hmm... i am 24 and the oldest guy that i'd ever consider dating will be 34. But it depends on the maturity of that man. The thing is, you should be dating someone who's around your age group, shares the same interests, and well, could get along with your family and friends. YOu would not want to date someone younger who has no idea whatsoever relating to someone around your age??
I've seen 1-2 marriages between a 20+ woman to a man who's 30 years their senior... they're happy but i see more divorces than the happy ones.... in all honesty, look for someone who's no younger than 10years from your age.... a decade is a big gap already!

I met my boyfriend when I was 32...he was 46. So were 14 years apart. Best relationship of my life. It's been 5 years or so now. We love hanging out still. I like the fact that I can say I'm dating an older guy and he likes the fact that he's dating a younger woman. I would say you should look for someone in their early 30's . That also happens to be the time of a woman's life when she's in her prime. So that should work out good for ya too :-)

I'm in my 40's and the oldest for me was a six year difference. The musician, Prince, has an 18 year difference with his wife. To each his own. For me to date a man with a ten year or more age difference he'd have to be fit so he wouldn't look that much older than I. So if you are taking care of yourself, young women like older men because the tend to be (or appear) to be more generous...

But heck Anne Nicole's husband was old enough to be her granddaddy, maybe you should hang out at strip clubs and throw your money around, and take some destitute youngen home with you too.

I am a 31 year old woman. I wouldn't date anyone over 38, and then only if he was really hot! I like them young! You should look for someone your own age! Why aren't you attracted to women your own age? They are your peers, not me! If you are old enough to be her daddy, you are a sicko! It sounds to me like you would be lucky to find a woman your age! Forget about the young ones, why would they want you unless you have a lot of money?
