The easiest way is to come to terms with the fact that there is no easy way. The successful ways are (and you need to do all of these):
1) Reduce your calorific intake - avoid fats, sugars, too much salt (it makes you retain water).
2) Exercise. The equivalent of at least an hours walk a day. If you exercise vigorously, you can eat much more. If you exercise you will lose weight without feeling so hungry, wheras if you just diet, your body switches on "famine" mode to tell you that food is in short supply, making you more likely to get more food. So curiously, it is actually "easier" to lose weight by exercising than by not.
3) Get used to the fact that there are probably only a handful of women on Earth who have the sort of thighs that you aspire to, and learn to love your own. The supermodels are the freaks. If you can be content with your own appearance you will be less worried about undergoing unpleasant regimes to change it. Ask your partner if he thinks your legs are too fat and for heaven's sake BELIEVE HIS ANSWER!
