Good choice so let's kill people by getting them sick by a faster and equally fatal one than the one they are in already. Instead of the person live more with the cocktails drugs let's throw some chemotherapy live their defense body system more weak for the Aids and the Cancer kill him or her faster.
Remember Aids is a virus. All treatments related to virus have to be done carefully otherwise the virus can become more resistant to the available treatments options we have.

It's a good thought but no. It doesn't work that way. The Aids virus gets into your muslces and bones - you would need a whole new body...
