Zucchini if your making a zucchini bread, otherwise I'd definately go with the Butternut Squash. Zucchini tends to follow the flavor of what ever your adding it to, although that is okay. I think zucchini is best left for bread, or frying it alone.

both chopped up with some diced tomato's and onions and add a little suger and croutons or stale bread, yummy!!
