No matter what anyone tells you.Not a chance. You did not state your age so I cannot tell you how to prevent stunting your growth. If you are an adolescent you can try including more L Arginine (an amino acid found in some proteins) to ensure you bodies ability to produce growth hormone. This may have a tiny impact but don't count on it.If there was a way it would be so talked about by now that it would be common knowledge.Just eat right and you will reach your predetermined potential.Lifting weights at a very young age can cause premature capping of your bones thus limiting their potential to grow even longer.

Height is determined by genes. The only way what you eat will affect how tall you are is if you are malnourished... and in that case you will be shorter than you could have been.
So just eat properly, get good nutrition.... oh, and practice good posture. Seeing someone slouch is just awful...

-Nothing specific. You should have a balanced diet which include salads and sprouts and good exercise - running, swimming, aerobics etc. Pull ups may help a little.
