Spontaneous combustion ? Don't you mean immaculate contraception?

The phrase is "Immaculate Conception," not spontaneous combustion. It's rare, but every now and then a woman produces an egg with 26 pairs of chromosomes rather than just 26 chromosomes. When this happens, the egg implants itself into the lining of her uterus, and she becomes pregnant. In these cases, the child is always genetically identical to the mother, and is essentially her clone.
The conception of Christ, being a male child, was the only recorded case of such a miracle.
