Whatever you do, don't use a corny pick-up line. Start up a conversation, then when you feel that she's into you, just ask her to get a cup of coffee or something. But if the girl doesn't seem all that interested in you, then you know better than to ask her out. It's that simple and it really cuts down the possibility of rejection.
