chop cilli, lemon grass really finely add fine strings of lime zest and squeeze half the lime juice over this. add prawns and let them sit at room temp for 30min. Add a sprinkle of salt to taste (ye can add more but you cannot taketh away!!!) and fry in olive oilfor 30seconds each side. Once cooked squeeze other half of lime over thje cooked prawns and add fresh chopped corriander/cillantro and serve!

Personally, I would simplify, so it can become a daily recipe.
A good alternative would be to mix some lime juice, lemongrass and chili as a marinade, grill the prawns, then liberally use coriander on it. YUM_

OK, listen up, this ones easy.

Step one...mix up some chilli, lime lemongrass, add some coriander and some prawns.

voila. easy peasy.

make a pint of fish stock (knorrs cubes ok) add all the other ingredients except prawns and a few rice noodles about 10 minutes after add the prawns and maybee a dash of fish sauce hmm delicous :)
