he is in most of my classes at college and he isn't the type to want to be noticed or show off. his is really kind and caring, one of the most nicest people i hav eva known. he has neva been out with a girl before so i don't know how i should approach him, he has now opened up to me and i feel comfortable with him now, but i don't know whether i sould ask him out or not. Will it hurt him?

May be he has the same feeeling s for u and thats why he has opened up just with u I think u should go and be close to him first as afriend before thinking of any thing else.

I think you should go for it and then you never know you could be spending the rest of your life with him...I have made the same mistake trust me its not a great decision to let it slide...

no ask him to go out for a drink,(coffee, beer, what ever.) ask him what does he like and go from there, he might be seeing someone he might not but you need to ask.
