Pat Robertson claims that God told him that there will be a tsunami in the Pacific Northwest. Has he been sent to a loony bin? I'd like to see that.

people believe in different kinds of Gods so it would depend on what God you are talking about. Christains in believe that there is only one God and all the others are just Satan. I've never known of a christian to go to a mental ward because of God talking to them. He talks to me. He's that gentle soft voice I hear in my spirit. I'm not crazy yet. My kids may make me crazy but not God!

Their are people in the loony bin that have never heard Gods voice...............and are not Christians..........Just because you are a christian doesn't mean you don't experience the same things the world experiences...............It is just that we knew Jesus died for our sins...........Jesus gave his all to us........it is how much of us do we give to him............Christians are not perfect...but we are saved....Hope this helps you
