For Singapore,
I usually look at Saturday's Straits Times classified section. It gives a comprehensive listing of the existing properties available. However there are few advertisment for upcoming property.

Quite interestingly the streetdirectory.com website has plenty of updated property listings. I find this website a little cluttered, but is really quite informative and helpful once you get the hang of it.

This is a good place to start.

For Asia, I really am not good at this and better not give any answers.

Hope this helps your hunting!
