Coca leaf is a very sacred plant that gives people energy at very high altitudes. Native Americans who live in the Latin American Andes suck on coca leaves when they trek mountains. Coca leaf can relieve stomach upset and can be a fast-acting antidepressant. In its natural form, it does not produce dependence. Cocaine, on the other hand, is derived from a series of chemical processes, and I don't think that God intended for the coca leaf to be manipulated and abused.

The cocaine and coca plants have medicinal purposes. Novacaine is a derivative of cocaine. That is what they were made for: pain killing. God knew we would sin, and knew what sin would bring, pain. So he gave us ways to deal with it. The opium poppy, aspirin, and the coca plant are all examples. Where this becomes a problem, is that people abuse it recreationally, and push the concentration of the drug far beyond what is needed for medicinal purposes.

Man came into sin and his selfishness turned Gods creations upside down, rather than to aid life but instead to destroy it.
Good has an opposite evil this is why we should always treat our bodies as a temple. Never inputing bad, and to never overdo with the good because that will turn bad.

In the ancient world, the pharao praid to god to have coca plants. for he wanted to use it to drug the teenage girls of slaves and have sexual intercourse with them. This happened always in a very degrading way.
